Our members are working hard to serve the community, not only running duty on the ambulance but also with public education events throughout the year. On April 12 the volunteer Rescue squads and Fire companies are hosting a “Touch a Truck” event at the Falmouth Volunteer Fire Department at 250 Butler Road from 12-2pm in their parking lot. There will be fire and rescue apparatus as well as vehicles from towing, paving, the sheriff’s department, large and small trucks for the kids to come out and look at and crawl in! The event is free and other safety material will be available.
Mark your calendars for Tuesday May 13th 1700-2000 at the White Oak Volunteer Rescue Squad at 535 White Oak Road the Stafford Count Volunteer Recruitment and Retention Committee is sponsoring a Food truck event.
